There are many ways to save your money but still be fashionable. Most of my clothing in my photo shoots are either from thrift stores or garage/yard sales. You can find so much for so little. Anywhere from goodwill, plato's closet, or a local thrift store, yard/garage sale, or flea market. Try it out!

I will be ripping the runway tonight with the Jone's Girls Full Figured Models tonight in Dallas! The struggle is so much to handle..... I am not giving up, I am going to keep going. Never going to stop until the fight is over.
Are you struggling to lose weight? Feeling unmotivated because it's just not coming off? It's no biggie. Keep going and keep working hard!
You may be loosing inches or building muscle. Remember, 1 lb of muscle is much better than 1 lb of fat. Keep working hard, intensify your workouts and do lots of cardio to help the lbs come off easier. If you aren't gaining muscle or losing inches, you may be at a stand still and may need to rig your diet plan or work harder when you exercise. Trust me, it's not easy to take off the weight. I am currently at a stand still. Letting that get me down will just make me pack back on the weight that I had already worked so hard to lose. Don't stress. You can do it. Tell yourself that! What do you eat to be healthy?
When you go grocery shopping, try to stay along the outskirts of the store. That is where you will find all of the fresh and organic foods. Vegies, fruit, meats, deli, and dairy products. Getting the neccesarry staples for your kitchen is fine as well; such as bread and seasonings. Load your baskets with many different colors of fruits and vegies because each color has it's own distinctive nutrients. Mainly red, yellow, purple, and especially green. Greens are usually loaded with fiber including the super food, Kale. Love yourself-Love your body. Don't forget to eat in moderation. Your doctor may tell you that you can eat as many fruit and veggies as you want, but you still do not want to over eat. Set goals in your life so you can get to where you want to be. Sitting around doing nothing, just waiting for something to happen, isn't going to get you anywhere. Get up and do something about it.
Like in my biography, the goals that I had set for myself were made about 5 months ago when I was a whooping 234 lbs. the main reason that I have become public is because I want all of you to know about my journey to weight loss. At 234 lbs is when I made my life changing decision to become healthier and stronger and more independent. I applied and received a daily job 4 months ago that keeps me moving the whole time: I stay busy. Then when I come home I pick up and find things around the house to do that require me to stay active. A gym membership is another thing that I added on to my daily schedule to strengthen and tone my body. I got a membership at my local gym so it would fit into my budget. Also, if I cant afford the next month, I don't have to pay it. There are not extra fee's or contracts with my local gym. Try to find one like that in your area. There is no need to spend so much money on a big commercialized gym to be healthy. There are also other ways to stay healthy and fit at home as well if you don't want to pay for memberships at all. You don't have to set the same goals as me. But set your own goals to where you want to be in your life and let the world know who you are. You can be happy. Sometimes it just takes everything you got to get there. |
